A newly added extrusion wheel makes the filament feed more stable. The design of the double-concave gear also reduces the embossing of the consumables by the extrusion wheel.
The mould steel spring is very rigid, strong in pressure and very durable.

The hardened gears are treated with hardened steel and then treated by nickel plating. Greatly improved the durability and reliability of gears. The extruder controls the filament very well.

Ours—We have unique designed shaft screw, which have strong and glossy appearance, being more smooth and durable.
Using a all threaded screw to support two idlers is a bad design .When the extruder is working, the screw will rub against the gear. This will damage both of the screw and bearings .

After installed,please calibrate the E-steps from 100 to 139,then abjust the E-steps setting by up or down unit value depend your usage result.
For 3d printers with filament detector,as the height of our dual gear extruder may be different from the original one, please print the model to rise up the filament detector to make them at the same height.
For DDE or BNNG Extruder users,please swap the motor wire sequence to make it turn forward instead of reverse.
