Pa Nylon Polyamide 3D Filament Printer 1.75 mm 1 -f- 75 1kg Diy For Shipping Thread White Nature Color
Nylon (PA) Filament Introduction:
Nylons are condensation polymers or copolymers, formed by reacting difunctional monomers containing equal parts of amine and carboxylic acid, so that amides are formed at both ends of each monomer in a process analogous to polypeptide biopolymers.
Nylon possesses great mechanical properties, and in particular, the best impact resistance for a non-flexible filament. Layer adhesion and absorbs moisture can be an issue, however.
OPY Nylon (PA) Main Features:
1. Good wear resistant:
Suitable to print gear or other industrial parts.
2. Relative flexible:
Able to be bend to certain angles.
3. Wide range temperature from 230 ℃ ~250 ℃:
Suitable for assorted 3D printer, Makerbot, UP, Luzbot, Leapfrog, Reprap, Ultimaker, Mendel, Prusa, Raise3D and etc.
4. Good toughness:
Better than PLA.
OPY Nylon Specification:

OPY Nylon Printing Tips:
1. Keep Nylon dry before printing.
Reason: Nylon easy to absorb air moisture.
Case: Show bubbles when extruding if wet.
Solution: Dry in an oven at 80℃ for 3-6 hours.
Storage: Self-sealing bag with desiccant.
2. Heating bed is necessary to reduce warping.
Printing with sealed chamber will be better.
3. Effective ways to improve layer adhesion.
a) Stick Blue tape or Kapton tape on heat bed.
b) Coat PVP glue on heat bed.
c) Reduce printing speed.
d) Cura: Build Plate Adhesion Type -> Raft.
