• Please turn the gear in the direction of arrow on the tape(counterclockwise) to tighten the ribbon before installing the label tape into the label printers and avoid any breakage or any jamming of the tape.
• Please extend some of the label through the outlet of the label maker before printing.
• Please double check your order after placed, we have size 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 18mm, 24mm.
• Shipping choice: you can choose Economic Shipping, Standard Shipping and Express Shipping, but Economic Shipping couldn’t track the logistic information after leaving the sending country.
• About the label’s color: The color of our products is developed according to the original color. All colors are subject to the real object. The color displayed on the page is only for reference. If you have doubts about the color, you can contact customer service to see the real object.
• About your order: If you found the following abnormal conditions in your order:
1)Shortage of parcel/Wrong product received/Product damaged
✔Please take photos and contact us asap.
2)The order status has not been updated for a long time.
✔Generally, after the package leaves the sending country, because there are no direct flights in some countries, it needs to go through multiple transfer stations. This process will not be displayed, but the status will be updated when the package arrives at the destination country. Please be patient. If the order is completed and the package has not been received, please contact us.
3)The package was returned
✔The possible reasons for the return of packages are: unqualified package security inspection, failed customs clearance, the recipient’s failure to cooperate with customs clearance, etc. Please contact us asap and we will resend your order.
4)Customs clearance failed
✔It is generally caused by the recipient’s failure to cooperate with the local customs for customs clearance. Please contact the local customs asap to consult the documents required for customs clearance. If you need our help, please inform us to provide relevant documents.
5)The delivery was successful, but the parcel was not actually received.
✔This usually happens because the local post office signs for it, or the package is put in the self delivery cabinet. We suggest you contact your local post office asap to check the parcel. If you try to contact the post office and still can’t find the package, please contact us.
6)Delivery failed
✔Failure to deliver is usually caused by the buyer’s address, telephone and postcode not being clear or wrong after the parcel arrives in the destination country, the post office can’t contact the buyer, or the buyer does not sign for the parcel in time or the buyer refuses to sign for the parcel, and the parcel is not picked up at the pick-up counter. We suggest you contact your local post office asap to check the parcel.
