Feature:
The original slurry is imported from Italy, its properties and functions are stable.Edge Seal is a water-based primer for the leather edges of the skin.Produces a professional looking, smooth, shiny, burnished edge. This tool stiffens even heavily linty leather, and is used for further processing of the hem. It dries quickly enough and after application creates a coating resistant to moisture, bends and cracks.
Warning 1: It will be Frozen if the temperature is below 0 ℃.so please think about the temperature of your country,thanks so much.
Warning 2: there is a little smell, but the result is amazing when you use in vegetable tanned leather . you will like it once you use it.
Directions for use: Shake well before each use.
How to use:
1.For best results, round off edge of leather with an edge beveler prior to application.
2.Apply a thin coat of WUTA edge sealing to beveled edge of leather with a cotton swab.
3.Polish the leather edge with 220 grit sandpaper.
4.Then smear WUTA edge sealing with a cotton swab again.
5.Polish the leather edge with 800 grit sandpaper and smear WUTA edge sealing with a cotton swab again.
6.Rub edge very briskly with an edge slicker,As the edge sealing dries and heats up due to friction caused by rubbing, treated edge will darken and shine. Repeat until desired burnish is achieved.
7.Use caution when applying Edge Seal on leather that is to be stained, antiqued or dyed, as it may resist or block penetration of some color.
