YOUR_STATUTORY_RIGHTS
Nothing on this page removes or limits the rights you have as a consumer under EU and Swedish law. Where anything below conflicts with those rights, the law applies and this text does not.
Terms & Conditions
LAST_UPDATED: 2026.07.09
P-01 SELLER_IDENTITY
These Terms govern purchases made by consumers through this website. Please read them before ordering — placing an order means you accept them.
- Legal name: LUXSHOPIN
- Registration number: [ORG_NR_NOT_SET]
- VAT number: [VAT_NR_NOT_SET]
- Address: Stockholm
- Email: webskyir@gmail.com
- Phone: [PHONE_NOT_SET]
The contract language is English. To order you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
P-02 ORDERS_AND_PRICING
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are shown separately, and always before you confirm and pay.
Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. That email, together with these Terms, is your record of the purchase — keep it.
P-03 DELIVERY_AND_RISK
We deliver without undue delay and, unless we agree otherwise with you, no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Estimated dispatch times are shown on each product page and in your confirmation.
If we miss that deadline, you may give us a short additional period. If we still fail to deliver, you may cancel the order and we will refund every payment you have made without undue delay.
Risk passes to you when you, or someone you have asked to receive it, takes physical possession of the goods. Until then, anything that happens in transit is our responsibility.
P-04 RIGHT_OF_WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer you have 14 days to change your mind, without giving any reason. The period starts the day you receive the goods — or, for an order delivered in several parts, the day you receive the last item.
How to withdraw
- Email us a clear statement before the 14 days are up.
- Sending it in time is enough — it does not matter when it reaches us.
- Return the goods within 14 days of telling us.
- You pay the direct cost of returning the item.
Your refund
- Paid back within 14 days of us being told.
- Includes the standard outbound shipping you paid.
- Same payment method you used, at no extra charge.
- We may wait until the goods are back, or you show they were sent.
You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. If you go further than that and the value drops as a result, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
When the 14 days do not apply
- Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery where health or hygiene means they cannot be returned.
- Sealed audio, video or software unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Purchases made by a business rather than a consumer.
P-05 FAULTS_AND_CLAIMS
Everything we sell must match its description and work as you can reasonably expect. If it does not, you have a legal right to have it put right — separate from, and in addition to, the 14-day right to change your mind.
THREE_YEARS_TO_CLAIM
Under Swedish consumer sales law you can report a fault for up to three years from delivery. Tell us within a reasonable time of noticing it — a message sent within two months is always in time.
TWO_YEAR_PRESUMPTION
A fault that shows up within the first two years is presumed to have been there at delivery. You do not have to prove it — we have to show otherwise.
We will first offer to repair or replace the item, free of charge and within a reasonable time. If neither is possible, takes too long, or causes you significant inconvenience, you can ask for a price reduction or cancel the purchase and get your money back.
Normal wear, damage you cause yourself, and damage from using an item other than as intended are not faults.
P-06 DATA_PROTECTION
The controller for your personal data is LUXSHOPIN. We process it under the GDPR.
What we use it for
- Fulfilling your order — performance of the contract.
- Bookkeeping and tax records — legal obligation.
- Support, security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest.
- Marketing email — only with your consent, withdrawable any time.
Your rights
- Access a copy of your data, and correct it.
- Erasure, restriction, and objection to processing.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable form.
- Complain to your data protection authority — in Sweden, IMY.
P-07 LIABILITY
We are liable for loss we cause you in line with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law — and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We are also not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strikes or carrier disruption — but if such an event makes delivery impossible, you get a full refund.
Product images are illustrative. Small differences in colour or finish between the photograph and the item are not a fault — though if the difference matters to you, the 14-day right to change your mind still covers it.
P-08 DISPUTE_RESOLUTION
If something goes wrong, contact us first — most things are quicker to fix directly. If we cannot agree, you can take it further at no cost to you.
- In Sweden: the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at arn.se. We follow ARN recommendations.
- Elsewhere in the EU: your local European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) can help with a cross-border purchase.
- The European Commission ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
